Chandra McClain Burgess is the Founder and CEO of CMB Visions Unlimited, Inc, Youth and Family Service Programs. She is a graduate of Troy University where she earned her Bachelors and Masters in Criminal Justice, and she is also a graduate of Florida State University College of Law. After a brief stint with Juvenile Justice and Dependency litigation, Chandra decided that changing the lives of at risk-youth and their families was more rewarding and important to her than practicing law, leading her to “found” and incorporate CMB Visions Unlimited, Inc. on March 15, 2001. She brings to the table over 25 years of management, supervisory, and administrative experience in serving at risk youth and under-served populations and developing, implementing and managing programs. She is also a published author of poetry, an organization development consultant, and a motivational speaker.
