Chandra McClain Burgess

CEO & Founder

After graduating from Troy University with her BS and MS in Criminal Justice, Chandra McClain Burgess went on to attain her JD from Florida State University College of Law. While working in Juvenile Justice and Dependency Litigation, Chandra saw a deficit within her community regarding support for at-risk youth and their families creating an impetus to forgo practicing law and create CMB Visions Unlimited, Inc., officially incorporating the organization on March 15, 2001. She has over 30 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing programs targeting youth and underserved populations. Concurrently, Chandra is a published author, poet, philanthropist, organization development consultant, and motivational speaker.

Kimberly Kelly-Rideau

Vice President

Kimberly Kelly-Rideau is an Executive Administrative Assistant for the United States Postal Service.  Additionally, she is a licensed caterer, and the owner and Manager of KKR Catering, LLC.   Kimberly as a proud graduate of Florida A&M University and member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.   In her capacity as Vice President for our Board of Directors, as a resident of Pensacola, Florida, Kimberly provides direct oversight of our programs and operations in the city of Pensacola and the surrounding areas.    She is also a mentor, liaison and community engagement specialist.

Pierre Montalvo

President

Pierre Montalvo is an entrepreneur with nine years of experience in the small business sector. Specializing in business development, project management, and streamlining business functions leading to further cost reduction.  Pierre touts an advanced background in information technology with 11 years of experience as an IT Manager in both profit and non-profit organizations, and five years’ as an IT consultant for small businesses in the Miami/ Fort Lauderdale area. He is currently the chief executive officer and founder of Solace Health, LLC , a pioneering company in Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT) in South Florida.

Alicia Kirscher-Calderin

Secretary

Alicia Kirshner-Calderin is a high-profile realtor and sales agent for CARR Realty.  As a former employee and team member of CMB Visions, Alicia knows firsthand the commitment and dedication that the organization strives to maintain.  Upon relinquishing her employment with the organization to pursue her current real estate career, Alicia joined the Board of Directors to continue helping with our valiant mission of helping others.
